BIO Effie Johnson is a Research Analyst in the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget, serves as the Utah lead contact for the U.S. Census Bureau State Data Center program, and is the project manager for the annual Economic Report to the Governor. She has worked in GOPB since graduating from Utah State University with a B.S. in Geography. Effie enjoys skiing, going to rock concerts, riding roller coasters, and country dancing.
